Here are some of the proactive measures we’ve implemented and will continue to implement:

  • All estimates are being provided over the phone, virtually, on-line or via email until further notice.
  • Pre-move wellness checks for both our customers and our crew members, where all will be asked to advise us if you feel ill or suspect exposure to the virus. For our movers it would be mandatory that they stay home, and for our customers, moving services can be rescheduled, postponed or cancelled to mitigate risk, should that be necessary.
  • Our crews are equipped with gloves, disinfectant sprays/wipes and hand sanitizer for your protection and theirs.
  • We have put into effect social distancing measures, and although we have always valued the professionalism and respect that comes along with a good introductory handshake and a departing thank you, we ask for your understanding that for the safety and well-being of everyone, there’ll be no handshake or touching of any kind.
  • Upon arrival, our crew will still introduce themselves, walk through the home with appropriate social distance, begin to protect the home with all safeguards like floor runners, and door jams (as they always do), but in addition we ask you now (with all due respect), to please give them the appropriate space they need to safely and efficiently service your move and allow them space to do their job.
  • When available and appropriate, open doorways and windows to increase air circulation and ventilation.
  • We are also taking measures to sanitize the cabs and boxes of our trucks, as well as all blankets, pads, tools and equipment after each and every move to reduce any risk of cross-contamination.
  • It is our hope and our expectation that you will take the same precautionary measures that we are taking, and that will also sanitize and wipe down any and all exposed surfaces and furniture prior to our arrival. Anything that you can do to help keep our working conditions safe and sanitary for our men, is equally appreciated.
  • Owners / office staff will be working around the clock from home with complete access for our team and our customers via phone, email and text.

Again, thank you for choosing Pro Movers Miami, it is our sincere pleasure to serve you. Understand potential buyers

When staging commercial and office spaces in FL, it is very important for you to understand who are the potential buyers. There are many universal office spaces that can be used as whatever you want. On the other hand, some places are better for a specific type of industry. That is why you need to visualize the type of business that will operate in your office spaces. You have to make them feel that they absolutely have to come to your offices’ spaces and start working. For this particular job, you can hire a real estate agent and work with them on this matter. They are full of statistics that you can only benefit from. Even though they are more specific to residential selling and buying, you can still use them.

Listen to the buyers

Some of us are creative, some are not. You may be one that likes to know exactly what is going on and how to do something. A good thing here is that staging commercial places in FL is not like selling a candy bar. There are a lot of negotiations and convincing. You can actually use this and make everything according to your buyers’ needs. Of course, this can sometimes be risky since they can back out at the last moment. Many people make the mistake of not decluttering and making a functional place. Of course, if you have used the space, it is probably already functional. If you want to stage your office spaces, you have to rearrange it. The mind and thinking changes as soon as you do not use the space. Do not spend too much money staging commercial and office spaces in FL

Spending some money when preparing your office spaces for sale or rent is inevitable. You will probably have to buy some things, make some repairs, etc. The purpose of all of this is that you can move on. It does not matter whether you are relocating somewhere else or you just want to get rid of the spaces in some way. That does not mean that you have to spend a fortune so that you could make the place good enough. Be sure to spend only the amount of money that should cover all the basic things. After all, the place should be functional first. Everything else comes later. On the other hand, if you want to make a bigger profit out of this, consider making bigger changes to the place.

The first rule is to keep everything in check. That includes everything, from painting to decluttering. Decluttering is very important because you want to make the best impression possible. When it comes to office spaces, clutter should be non-existent. Minimalism is very important in offices because it increases the productivity of you and your employees. Clutter only makes things worse and you could never benefit from it.

Make the event

The world is going forward. That means that there are more things that you can to in order to stage your office spaces in Florida. Making the event can be a good way to do this. There will be a good mood and that is the perfect chance for you. You may think that it will require more money. Event setup Miami does not have to be expensive, everything depends on the deal.

It would be a good thing if you are using another service for the moving company. People usually rent or sell office places because they are having a commercial relocation. Doing both things can benefit you since you may get some kind of discount on the total price. Choose wisely!

Are you staging commercial and office spaces in FL due to moving?

These two things often go together. It can be hard to manage both of these tasks since they both require a lot of planning. On the other hand, you have to be considerate and think about your employees too. You have to prepare them properly for the move so that they can be of help too. Separation of jobs is one of the ways to do this.

Staging commercial and office spaces in FL is never an easy thing to do. It is very important to have in mind the size of the place and the possibility to use it for all industries. Of course, some businesses will not be able to work there so you will have to make the place more accessible to potential buyers. After all, they are the ones that are going to use the space so you should do whatever you can to help them and yourself too. We are hoping that these tips will be enough for you to stage your office spaces and that you will not have any problems while doing it!
