Well, I needed to help my son move from 2bd/2bth in Plantation to a storage in Miami... and under extreme sensitivity/stress since his beautiful lady fell very I'll so he must be both mom & dad to my 3yr old granddaughter; then throwing a last min move on tip of it. But I say that to say that ProMovers was one of the greatest positives we had since all this. Sooo I absolutely need to brag on the 3man amazing team we were sent. However, I dont want to no leave out Manny, who helped me with scheduling & est; he was just soooo kind and eager to help me with my last minute desperate need for movers. He was so incredibly helpful, professional, and made me feel that my need was just as important to him as it was for. Thank you Manny!🥰 Now for the Topnotch team I was so blessed to have!!! I can't say it enough, Joel, Max & Martin were the real deal and did NOT come to play games nor tried working the clock to their advantagenlike some companiesdo; they were so considerate and came to get the job done. From the moment they walked in, super professional, they all walked with me to each room for specific instructions, and Joel offered a few other options (wrapping couches, etc) which was soo helpful cuz under the stress imwas under, I didn't even think of. They worked so efficiently by spreading out to each room which was smart. There were certain items like the 70" TV that needed the team, and that's what they worked as...A-TEAM! 💪 I even served them drink and snacks; offering them to take a few mins and they were appreciative but didn't want to just waste time so took only a few seconds to drink and worked while snacking - That showed me that MY TIME/MONEY mattered to them! This team was extremely kind to us & my things and made sure to walk around with my son and myself at the end to be sure all was done and nothing was left behind! This team truly did their job with perfection! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when it's my turn to move back to FL! I'm TEAM-JOEL all the way!
