I was impressed with Pro Movers' service from the moment I called to get the quote through the last box delivered at my new home. Rey helped me with the quote and scheduling the service; he was so professional, yet warm, and helpful; and the team of Aleksander, Igor and Semon were my assigned movers and they were FANTASTIC. We were so impressed with how careful they were with our pieces, especially the ones I had indicated held a nostalgic value for me. We really did not have to worry about a single thing. I highly recommend this service, but specially the team assigned to us. They were great professionals, thank you!

These guys showed up and without batting an eye told me "don't worry, we can do it" and proceeded to do what a number of others found every excuse for why it couldn't be done. Gee, I wonder why they have a 100% 5 star score here? For me, because they moved an expensive 600 lb refrigerator up 20 vertical feet of stairs, with a U-turn in the middle, in the Keys, where you are lucky to get anyone to even show up at all. Then they took the old one out and left it at the curb right where I asked that they put it. Did it smart, nobody got hurt, and the "package" didn't take a header down the stairs, not to mention there was not a single scratch on the black stainless finish. Had to pay extra for them to drive all the way here, but after dealing with all the others and the never-ending BS (like suggesting to use a forklift to the patio requiring that I rip out my screen enclosure first), I was just so happy to have my new fridge which I was seriously thinking might never get installed. You get what you pay for, and this company was worth every penny paid.
