This was the second time we used Promovers. Our movers (Joe + Tony) were on time and they moved quickly, which is what we needed. The hourly rate was very fair, and they even had extra tape, which we definitely ended up using. We did have a hiccup, but the company reached out and we were able to work through it (nothing was damaged). Alex was very reasonable and personable and made things right. Thanks, Alex!
