I used Pro Movers Miami before for a small local move, so when I had to move to California (Bay Area), I just called them again. I did see few complaints about pricing and honestly that made me double chekc everything with them before booking.They explained how the long distance pricing works and gave me a flat price based on what I had. On the day of pickup, they went over everything again, counted the items, and nothing really changed from what we discussed.The move itself went fine. They wrapped everything, especially the fragile stuff and my TV, and loaded pretty efficiently. Delivery to California was on time, no issues there either.What I cared about the most was the price not changing, and it didn’t, and I paid what I was quoted. No extra charges showed up at the end.Overall just solid experience. For an interstate move I expected way more stress, but it was actually pretty straightforward.

We’ve used this company 3 times now. The team on Friday lead by Arthur did a great job. They arrived early toured the apartment and started loading at 9 am. They were done roughly at 1:30 unloading and putting furniture where it needed to go. No damage to home or furniture! They worked efficiently and well together. Pro Movers in South Florida sent a great team today: Yevegen and Kevin. They were incredibly efficient, organized, and careful from start to finish. They worked with urgency without being careless, moved quickly while protecting my belongings, and kept everything running smoothly. Moving is stressful, but they made the entire process feel streamlined and under control.I do want to mention the $100 stair fee. I asked whether that fee goes directly to the movers and was told it does not. That was disappointing, especially since they’re the ones carrying heavy items up and down stairs. I understand the company might argue that stairs increase time and labor, but customers are already billed hourly, so that reasoning doesn’t fully add up. And if it’s meant to cover additional labor, it seems fair that it would go toward the people actually doing that labor. I have no problem paying the fee — I just believe it should benefit the crew.Overall, Yevegen and Kevin were outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Absolutely the best! I had a lot of anxiety around moving as this was my first time doing so with an apartment full of furniture. The entire process was so smooth and seamless, Justin and Felipe were absolutely amazing. If I ever need movers again I will 10000% use pro movers again and specifically ask for them two. Hands down they made this move feel like one less headache or stress to deal with. I’d give them and the company 100 stars if I could.
